Something went wrong. I don’t know what it was. I don’t even know what it was you were trying to do. All I know is that you have been denied access to what you were trying to approve or deny. If you think I am wrong then you should contact the administrator.

You can also just try whatever it was you were doing again and maybe it will be fixed.
