Joseph Caraccio
Joseph Caraccio has been practicing immigration law since 2012, after graduating from New York Law School, working at two prominent New York City immigration firms for a total of eight years before going to work a non-profit organization on Long Island. After three years as the Supervising Attorney at the non-profit immigration legal services provider he opened his own office on Long Island in Bay Shore, NY in December 2025. In the thirteen years that he has been practicing Joseph has focused exclusively on immigration law, handling hundreds of cases of all kinds.
Joseph has been recognized as respected attorney in the field of immigration law by Super Lawyers which named him as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in immigration in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
