What courts do you cover for per diem appearances?
We serve Immigration Courts in New York and New Jersey, both virtual and in-person. We will appear in any Immigration Court in the United States but would charge travel fees for locations outside of New York or New Jersey. We will do appearances for certain New York State and City Courts depending on the case type.
How is pricing structured for per diem services?
Our flat fees are clearly outlined with options for custom rates on multiple appearances or extended engagements.
Can you assist with appellate brief drafting?
Yes, we provide expert drafting services for appellate briefs alongside court appearances and other legal tasks.
What is your policy on refunds and billing?
Invoices must be paid within thirty days of the day services are rendered. Detailed billing terms are provided upon engagement.
