Initial Consultation

CASE Preparation
We will provide you with a list of documents that we need from you (such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar documents) and will gather information about you and your family. This can be done online through our online system, by phone with your attorney, or an in-person meeting at our office. Once we have all the necessary information and documentation we will prepare all necessary documents accurately to ensure your application stands the best chance of success.
